Welcome to the Surrey Chapter of the British Columbia Teacher-Librarians’ Association.  We are a local specialist association representing the Teacher-Librarians of the Surrey School District.  Our mandate is to support and advocate for Teacher-Librarians’ and Library programs in Surrey, and liaise with the British Columbia Teacher-Librarians’ Association.
